What products does OCTO Polymer manufacture?
OCTO Polymer manufactures engineered plastic products and injection-moulded components for electrical, electronics, industrial, automotive, agriculture, construction and other applications. Our product range includes cable-management components, clips, clamps, brackets, mounting accessories, enclosures, fittings and other application-specific plastic products.
Does OCTO Polymer provide custom plastic manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture custom plastic components according to customer requirements. You can provide a 2D drawing, 3D CAD model, physical sample, photographs or product specifications, and our team can evaluate the design for manufacturing.
What is plastic injection moulding?
Plastic injection moulding is a manufacturing process in which molten plastic material is injected into a mould under controlled pressure. After cooling and solidification, the mould opens and the finished plastic component is ejected. It is suitable for producing consistent plastic parts in medium- and high-volume quantities.
Can you manufacture products from our existing mould?
Yes. Subject to technical evaluation, OCTO Polymer can manufacture components using customer-owned moulds. We can support production, quality inspection, assembly, packaging and dispatch based on the agreed requirements.
Can you develop a new mould for our plastic product?
Yes. We can support the mould-development process from product and mould design through tooling, mould trials, dimensional validation and production.
What types of plastic materials can you manufacture?
Depending on the application and product requirements, we can work with materials such as PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon/PA, POM, PC, PC-ABS and other thermoplastics. Material selection depends on factors such as strength, temperature resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, appearance and application requirements.
Can you help select the right plastic material?
Yes. Our engineering team can recommend suitable materials based on the product’s functional requirements, operating environment, expected life, manufacturing process and target cost.
What information is required to get a quotation?
For an accurate quotation, we generally need the 2D drawing or 3D CAD model, material specification, estimated quantity/annual volume, product application and any specific quality requirements. If a drawing is not available, you can also share a physical sample or product photographs for an initial discussion.
Do you manufacture small as well as large quantities?
Yes. Production feasibility depends on the product, mould, machine capacity and required volumes. We can evaluate requirements for prototype, small-batch, medium-volume and mass-production applications.
Can OCTO Polymer manufacture products under our brand?
Yes. We can support OEM and private-label manufacturing for selected products. Depending on the arrangement, products can be manufactured, packed and supplied according to the customer’s branding and packaging requirements.
